About The Position

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Medicare Specialist to join a growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with Medicare products and individual health plans. If you are a licensed insurance professional with a passion for customer service and sales, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

• Active Life and Health (L&H) insurance license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medicare sales experience; 1-2 years preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent planning abilities.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and energy.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with EPIC Applied software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects using provided leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Quote and sell Medicare products and individual health plans.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Engage in warm-calling and cross-selling to expand client portfolios.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
