About The Position

The Medicare Sales Field Agent position at Humana involves engaging with the Medicare population to sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries about available services. This role requires building community relationships, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals while working independently. Agents will interact with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic methods, participating in community events and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date.
• Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications, and understanding of CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint.
• Experience engaging with the community through service and volunteerism.
• Experience selling Medicare products.
• Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and another language.
