About The Position

The Medicare Producer – Individual Coverage provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.

This is a full-time position, onsite

Licensing is required.

NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the SALE of employee benefits to organizations.

Requirements

• Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Insurance Experience – Prior personal insurance experience required.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
• Licensing required.

Nice To Haves

• Additional Qualifications – familiarity with the Colorado Health Exchange is helpful.

• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
