This position involves conducting all phases of the Medicare Advantage sales process, including identifying, qualifying, and meeting with prospective clients. The role requires presenting Medicare Advantage (MA) products to achieve company and individual enrollment goals, ensuring enrollees fully understand MA products, managed care, and company policies by providing clear, complete, and accurate information. The candidate will conduct home visits and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process, develop and maintain positive relationships with senior, community, and provider organizations, and market Medicare products on-site at various locations. The role also includes generating leads through outreach efforts, completing internal management reports, conducting member orientations, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company policies. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for sales events and community outreach is required.
