This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 6 weeks of paid training during normal business hours. If you are located in Mountain OR Pacific time zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of Medicare billing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PST from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need

Responsibilities

  • Review data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through specific billing discrepancies.
  • Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function.
  • Receive invoices and remitting payments through online applications.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
  • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.
