This position does not involve cold calling; instead, you will engage in meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions about their healthcare options.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities
