The Advisor will be responsible for assisting senior advisors with a Book of Business (BOB) which includes assisting with current customers/clients with selecting plans, enrolling in plans, customer service inquiries, general questions/concerns, and establishing a quality relationship with the customer. Advisor will be expected to participate in lead rotation and enrollee members on their own in addition to assisting. Are you looking for a fun and exciting place to work? As a valued team member, you will take point on resolving all issues to ensure our customer's needs are met. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers throughout the year and review their plan options to potentially assist them in enrolling into a different plan. Additionally, you will work alongside our Senior Advisors to assist with their customers as needed and as directed by company management. As part of our team, you will also be responsible for general office & operational duties such as processing applications/enrollments, greeting customers as they arrive for appointments, and covering the front desk duties. You will work with other teams and departments to help us meet and exceed our company goals and objectives. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to assist with assigned networking functions and external facing business development needs. You will work closely with our marketing team to provide content as requested and assigned. Additionally, you will perform educational & sales seminars as required or requested for our customers/clients.
