The basic responsibilities of the Medical Transport Worker are as follows: To drive Agency vehicles to medical appointments and hospitals. To supervise children on medical visits or while being transported when a nurse or another worker is driving. The Nursing Supervisor may allocate the service of the Medical Transport Worker to the Department of Child Care at his or her discretion, or the discretion of the Campus or Residential Director, when the worker is needed for childcare related duties. To be available to supervise any child at the RTC from any unit, as a floater. To be available to be assigned the Tyree Learning Center or the Social Work Department as needed, at the discretion of the Nursing Supervisor, Campus Director, or Residential Director.
