The individual will assist in coordinating mass transportation when necessary and administer trips for volunteer and independent drivers, including managing the mileage reimbursement program. Responsibilities include completing all documentation related to mileage mapping and application procedures, working closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve issues, assigning reservations to network providers to optimize vehicle resource usage, maintaining daily communication with transportation providers, and ensuring accurate trip data input. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
