About The Position
Assigns and coordinates all non-emergency transport and call center requests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
- Computer Literacy

Responsibilities
- Schedules, coordinates and assigns all non-emergency transport requests.
- Greets and refers all visitors and customers to appropriate areas.
- Consults with shift supervisor regarding availability of staff, vehicles, etc.
- Maintains communication with department personnel by telephone and two-way radio.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the call log and check in of billing sheets.
- Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
