About The Position
Wet lab testing duties. Blood bank. Follows written procedures for sample handling and processing. Performs low, moderate, and high complexity testing of donor samples, as authorized. Review and evaluate test results/records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all applicable procedural requirements. Notify supervision of any problems identified that may adversely affect the performance of testing and/or the reporting of test results. Performs quality control, calibration, and instrument maintenance activities as specified in procedures. Assist Management with the completion of Error and Accident Reports. Perform other duties as may be required/assigned.
