Make a Difference Under supervision of Laboratory Administrative Director, and according to established guidelines, standards and procedures, performs work related to the diagnosis and treatment of medical disorders, evaluating patient recovery through preparing specimens, running/performing tests, analyzing, reporting, and recording test results. Performs a variety of bacteriologic, and/or chemical diagnostic laboratory tests, and procedures specific to a particular laboratory section (i.e., Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, etc.). Performs specimen procurement, preparation, and processing when needed.
