About The Position

Medical Technologist (MT) Full time • 7a-3:30p We're seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to perform laboratory testing that directly impacts patient care and diagnosis. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality lab standards.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college/university
• Completion of a CAHEA-accredited Medical Technology program
• ASCP Registry or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, microscopic, microbiologic, and immunologic tests on patient specimens
• Maintain accurate records, worksheets, and documentation according to departmental policies
• Assess and monitor patients before and after specimen collection
• Ensure quality control, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments
• Observe safety protocols and participate in continuing education and in-service programs
• Assist in training Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technician students
• Follow proper procedures for specimen handling, processing, and analysis
