About The Position

This position is for a full-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist working the evening shift. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in medical technology (Clinical Laboratory Science) and completion of a clinical internship. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency (NCA) is required, or candidates must be board eligible with certification completed within one year of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology (Clinical Laboratory Science) including completion of a clinical internship.
• Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency (NCA) - OR - be board eligible with certification completed within one year of hire.
• None related experience required.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of hospital laboratory experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with standard Windows-based desktop systems, including email and intranet tools, e-learning platforms, and navigation of lab-specific or EMR software.
