About The Position

Your Job: The Supervisor Technologist is responsible and accountable for overseeing all functions and activities for specific shift(s) or specific department(s) and for the accurate and timely performance of technical procedures in accordance with all current regulatory and accreditation standards. You must demonstrate excellent technical skills, excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• MT(ASCP) or equivalent
• 4 years current, general clinical laboratory experience
• Competency in all sections of the clinical laboratory; or, competence in the section(s) supervised
