· Engaged in the collecting, testing and analyzing blood, urine and other bodily fluids in order to provide diagnostic information to physicians/providers. · As personnel in a team environment the position requires effective communication skills. · Employee will be required at times to perform under stressful conditions successfully meeting the demands of patients as well as physicians. · Communicates relevant issues to physicians/providers. · Position requires professionalism in interpersonal encounters ensuring the values of the laboratory and commitment to quality customer service. · Provides quality service to medical providers in a customer-service oriented environment. · Reports to the laboratory supervisor.
