About The Position

The primary purpose of the Medical Technologist Molecular Diagnostics position is to perform routine and complex laboratory analyses; assumes responsibility for procedural and system controls, problem solving, teaching and supervision under direction independently. Provides physicians with accurate and reliable analytical results necessary for the diagnosis/treatment of patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or a related field
• ASCP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Certification in molecular biology/molecular diagnostics is preferred
