About The Position
Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a fully integrated, state-of-the-art medical campus that includes Diagnostic Centers, Outpatient Surgery and a 24-hour Emergency Department. Martin North Hospital is part of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty, academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education. A caregiver in this position performs and interprets tests at all complexity levels. This caregiver demonstrates an understanding of the theory and scientific principles of laboratory testing, as well as the technical, procedural and problem-solving aspects. A caregiver in this role maintains a questioning attitude, searching to find results to best determine patient care.
