About The Position
The Medical Technologist - Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) position is a full-time role on the third shift at Aurora Sinai Medical Center. The hours are from 10 PM to 8:30 AM, with block scheduling available and a rotation for every other weekend and holiday. The role involves performing, evaluating, and monitoring laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and providing technical assistance to phlebotomists and support staff. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining instruments and equipment, performing quality control, and supporting critical care departments with timely laboratory results.
