Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. As an RWHS Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing. You will follow standard operating procedures and make certain laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met. You will be responsible for accurately performing clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods. Additionally, you will document all quality control activities, instrument calibration and maintenance, and recognize and respond to abnormal test results, following established policies of notification and documentation of these abnormal results.
