Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory or equivalent.
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Exercises accuracy and precision in completion of prescribed tasks and treatments.

Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of complex clinical laboratory analyses in all major sections of the Laboratory.
- Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions.
- Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation.
- Reports to the Section Head.
