We always prioritize people over profit PMG's Comprehensive Benefit Plan: Personal medical and dental insurance 401k and profit-sharing plan Life insurance 3 weeks' vacation time 40 hours of paid sick leave Employee Assistance Program Medical Technician/Medical Laboratory Technologist Responsibilities As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include: Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures Follow CLIA, HIPPA, OSHA, and safety guidelines as described in their respective guidelines Review and release test results. Workspace organization. Identify problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results, correct the problems encountered or notify laboratory manager. Prepare urine, blood, and fluid for testing and analysis. Provide all necessary technical support to ensure the continued effective lab operations. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and sending and receiving emails. Attendance is an essential component of the job Medical Technician/Medical Laboratory Technologist Requirements: MT/MLT Certification Associates or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from an accredited school and ASCP or equivalent certification BS In Medical Technology (Preferred), BS/BA in Chemistry or Biology or Associates degree in Laboratory Science. One year of clinical medical technician/medical laboratory technologist experience. Good verbal and written communication. Knowledge and proficiency in uranalysis, hematology and chemistry. Good listening skills. Excellent computer skills Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to change. Requirements

  • MT/MLT Certification
