Great River Health is excited to introduce the Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP), an innovative approach to healthcare staffing. This program is designed to empower our team with flexibility and varied work opportunities, all while enhancing patient care across our facilities. The position involves performing tests and procedures in assigned sections, including those which require exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with minimum supervision. The candidate will independently perform qualitative and quantitative tests, following established guidelines and predetermined criteria. They will identify problems that may adversely affect test performance and/or results and use knowledge, critical thinking skills, and judgment to troubleshoot and resolve them. Additionally, the role may involve performing phlebotomy and assisting in specimen receiving, as assigned.
