About The Position

Join a leading acute care hospital in Southern New Hampshire as an RN Manager of the Medical-Surgical Unit. Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact)
• 1–3 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Med-Surg or Telemetry unit

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience managing teams in a 20+ bed acute unit
• Demonstrated success in quality improvement and staff engagement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, patient flow, and rounding
• Supervise and evaluate clinical staff, conducting performance reviews and development plans
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, hospital, and nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Monitor quality metrics, audits, and patient satisfaction
• Assist with departmental budgeting and resource management
• Support continuous improvement through evidence-based practice and staff education
