About The Position

We are currently seeking a Medical Surgical Trauma ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare family. In this role, you will be responsible for the clinical management of patients in the ICU, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care. You will function as a Registered Nurse, role-modeling professional behavior and serving as a Charge Nurse/Resource Nurse when necessary. Your primary focus will be on patient satisfaction, collaborating with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff to create a positive healthcare experience. As a Medical Surgical Trauma ICU RN, you will participate in Quality Management activities, demonstrating effective communication skills and a thorough understanding of hospital and departmental policies and procedures. You will promote cost-effective unit operations and document nursing care using appropriate tools. Continuous professional growth and development are essential, and you will be expected to maintain competencies in clinical areas while complying with professional, regulatory, governmental, and departmental standards.
