About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Medical / Surgical Technician to provide both clinical and administrative support in a busy outpatient healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Russian and English and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current BLS Certification
• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant certification
• One (1) or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role
• Experience in Cardiology, Primary Care, or Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and routine clinical procedures
• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication/allergy information
• Prepare patients for examinations and provide assistance during procedures
• Perform basic clinical tasks within scope of practice
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service to patients and families
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked examination rooms
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
