About The Position

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) – 13 Week Contract
Lake Regional Hospital | Osage Beach, Missouri (Lake of the Ozarks)

These assignments support the hospital’s Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Unit and involve caring for adult patients with a variety of medical conditions requiring ongoing assessment, medication administration, and coordination of care.

Candidates will be interviewed and submitted to the facility for review. Start dates are determined by the facility after candidate selection.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Missouri or compact state)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
• PALS or PEARS certification
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
• Selected candidates must complete standard healthcare credentialing requirements, which may include background screening, drug testing, TB screening, immunization verification, and other facility health clearances.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Medical-Surgical patients
• Monitor patient status and administer medications/treatments
• Communicate changes in condition to the care team
• Document patient care accurately
