POSITION OVERVIEW The Med-Surg RN provides comprehensive patient care including assessment, medication administration, patient education, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. This role supports a patient-centered care model within a structured hospital setting. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Experience does not need to be in acute care
- Active Florida RN license or compact license required
- Must obtain Florida license within required timeframe if relocating
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
