About The Position

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license for the position you are applying for.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care Medical-Surgical RN experience required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of employment start.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting changes promptly.
• Perform ordered procedures, monitoring, and nursing interventions with accurate documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse responses.
• Provide exceptional patient care by proactively addressing patient needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes.
