Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care not required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within required timeframe).
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Responsibilities

Assess patients upon admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring therapeutic response.
Perform ordered procedures and clinical interventions.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care.
Respond promptly to patient needs while promoting a safe, healing environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes and efficient patient throughput.
