About The Position
Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical-Surgical Orthopedic Registered Nurse to join a patient-centered care team in Tallahassee, Florida. In this role, the RN provides care to adult patients who are ill, injured, or recovering, with a strong focus on orthopedic and medical-surgical care. Nurses are expected to perform comprehensive assessments, manage patient care autonomously, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Active Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience required
- Acute care experience strongly preferred
- LTAC experience considered
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred and required within 6 months of hire
- Ability to complete a required shadow interview
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient advocacy skills
