About The Position

Level One Trauma Center, 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio, Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist, Shared Governance (house wide and unit based), Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma, Neuro, Surgical, Medical, CVICU), 32 Medical / Surgical Beds, 17 Trauma Beds, 5 CVICU Beds, State of the Art equipment, Self-Scheduling.
Requirements
- One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
- ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent.
- Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
- Current BLS healthcare provider card.
- Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
- Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
