Medical‑Surgical LPNs play a vital and dynamic role in delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to patients with a wide spectrum of medical needs. Requirements

Current and valid state license
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
IV certification upon hire (state specific)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.
Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes in patient condition.
Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or side effects.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures within state LPN scope.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support individualized care plans.
Assist with discharge planning and provide patient/family education on treatments and recovery.
Follow infection control practices and maintain accurate patient records.
