About The Position
NEEDED: Medical Supply Technicians LOCATION: 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20892 Patient care and clinical research community: Clinical Center – 234 bed clinical research hospital Ambulatory Care Research Facility Clinical Research Center SCHEDULE: The Clinical Center hospital and Ambulatory Care Research Facility operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (366 days during leap years) including holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a hospital setting
- Excellent customer service skills, able to work with very diverse cultures
- Competence in basic computer skills such as email and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with reading and writing English labels and instructions
Responsibilities
- Support medical surgical supply/equipment procurement and distribution
- Biomedical equipment safety and maintenance
- Provide a clean environment for patients, staff, and the public under the supervision of the MMESD Chief
