About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Supply Clerk to support our Home Health operations team. This clerical role is critical to ensuring clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

Requirements

Prior clerical, administrative, or supply/inventory experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

Prior clerical, administrative, or supply/inventory experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)

Responsibilities

Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking usage
Prepare and distribute supply kits for field clinicians based on patient needs
Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems and spreadsheets
Coordinate with clinical staff to anticipate supply needs and prevent shortages
Process vendor orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies
Organize and maintain a clean, efficient supply room
Assist with documentation, data entry, and clerical support as needed
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and inventory processes
