About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry. Your role: Drive Order In Take (OIT) through targeted outbound demand generation campaigns and high-quality inbound customer engagement for Hospital Patient Monitoring supplies. Create, manage, and progress sales opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and consistent conversion of demand into booked orders. Develop and deliver customer quotes using approved quoting tools while ensuring timely follow-up and pricing accuracy. Leverage Salesforce, SAP, and Apttus to manage customer data, sales activities, opportunities, and workflow execution efficiently. Maintain strong funnel hygiene through proactive follow-up, clear documentation, and disciplined opportunity stage management. You will work 7:30AM-4:00PM. We are a health technology company. Requirements

  • You’ve acquired a minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams or equivalent with a High School Diploma/Vocational education or no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You’re a self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible team player.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN .
