About The Position

Requirements

• 2 years of full cycle high volume recruiting experience in HR/recruiting, preferably in a Medical Staffing Agency or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Proven experience in using creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and sustain a candidate network.
