About The Position
The Medical Staff Services Practice Evaluation Specialist at Chartis is responsible for administering the Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) programs, as well as coordinating the Peer Review Program. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical practices to ensure compliance and enhance the quality of medical staff evaluations. The specialist will work closely with various medical staff leaders and departments to analyze data, track performance, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall improvement of healthcare services.
