Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for Near North Health’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for provider credentialing and privileging.
• Manage peer-review logistics and curate per-provider performance dossiers.
• Ensure every practitioner file is current and survey-ready.
• Oversee timely peer-review cycles.
• Provide leaders with concise views of quality, safety, productivity, and patient-experience indicators for each provider.
