Requirements

• Must have experience in the sales field - preferably in the beauty industry
• Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
• Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment
• An energetic, reliable, and flexible individual with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Work authorization: United States (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Check clients in and out while assuring the highest level of patient satisfaction
• Consult and educate prospective patients on products
• Engage and respond to inquiries via email, social media, phone, and face-to-face consultations
• Provide treatment scheduling support
• Represent the organization with a positive and professional image
• Book appointments from calls and leads
• Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Providers
• Other duties as assigned
