About The Position

Community Hospice of Vidalia is searching for a full-time MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER (BSW, MSW, LMSW) with a desire to provide compassionate and excellent care in order to enhance the quality of life for those living with serious illnesses or approaching end of life. MUST have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SOCIAL WORK from an accredited school of social work. Licensure is a plus but not a requirement. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am until 5 pm. Must be willing to take night and weekend call (additional pay) one week per month. Most patients are at home and will require home visits. (Mileage reimbursed). Requirements
