We are looking to hire a Licensed Medical Social Worker PRN in Smyrna, GA and surrounding area to join our clinical home health team. Overview The PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker LMSW provides social work services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited school of Social Work
- Current state MSW license
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

- Home health and Oasis experience preferred but not required
