About The Position

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements: Check out patients and schedule return appointments Schedule PT or other various procedures/tests Schedule surgeries Verifying and precert insurances for surgery and other procedures/tests Complete Work Restriction forms Assist with calling patients to exam room Assist with general nursing duties (ie: suture removal, dressing changes) Assist with patient questions Assist with telephone calls Assist other team members as needed Must also possess: HS/GED required Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills Independent and highly motivated Initiative and self-discipline Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history Physical Demands: Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully Constant sitting or standing for long periods of time Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas Consistently work at a productive pace Must readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes

Requirements

  • HS/GED required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills
