Theoria is seeking talented individuals to join its team to support its physicians in their daily practice. This role collaborates closely with the assigned physician to drive them to practice locations and support their clinical workflows.
Requirements
- Medical scribe experience preferred but not required
- Medical scribe certification preferred but not required
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours
- Must be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to see patients with physicians.
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs in a facility.
- Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.
- Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Clerical support for assigned physician
- Assisting a provider remotely thru Telehealth
- Assistance with paperwork for assigned physician
- Assisting assigned physician with charting
