About The Position
The Medical Scribe serves as a personal assistant to the physician, responsible for documenting patient encounters in the EHR system accurately and efficiently. This role involves accompanying the physician during patient examinations, transcribing medical histories, physical exams, and all relevant procedures and communications. The Scribe plays a crucial role in ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner, supporting the physician in delivering quality patient care.
