Scheduler role which includes patient scheduling, transferring calls, and emergency overhead paging. They will be monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs. At other locations they will be answering and transferring calls to different depts. They will also be required to follow-up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient. HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS, need to be prepared for that.
