Requirements

• 2+ years of recent call center experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and remain professional under pressure
• Empathy and a patient‑centered mindset
• Willingness to adapt and support multiple departments when needed

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Follow all scheduling guidelines and departmental procedures
• Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and clinical teams
• Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information
• Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, peers, and supervisors
