About The Position

The Medical Scheduler supports a high‑volume call center environment by answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, transferring calls, and responding to patient room call bells. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Strong call center or phone‑based customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
  • Background check, drug screen, and education verification required

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare scheduling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route a high volume of calls
  • Schedule appointments accurately
  • Respond to patient call bells and follow up on requests
  • Perform emergency overhead paging
  • Work onsite as needed
