Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer, phone, and office equipment for prolonged periods.
  • Manual dexterity for typing and handling documents.
  • Clear vision to read screens and printed materials.
  • Effective hearing and speaking to communicate via phone and in-person.
  • Emotional resilience to professionally manage stressful interactions

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming faxes and emails for new lab orders.
  • Log all orders, save files, and verify for completeness.
  • Communicate incomplete orders to the Sales team for follow-up.
  • Schedule patient draws via phone, aligning with defined route schedules and customer needs.
  • Communicate scheduled orders, questions, and concerns to internal contacts via email and phone.
  • Address and/or escalate patient or customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed notes on all customer interactions and scheduled draws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations and organizational goals.
