You will serve as a strategic bridge between the field and corporate, managing technical projects from design to execution while tracking progress against long-term corporate goals. Additionally, you will support Account Managers by developing data-driven analysis tools and monthly financial reports to ensure operational excellence and budget compliance Drive business and sales growth within the designated area. Engage with customers to thoroughly understand both current and future needs. Identify profitable growth opportunities and actively participate in transformational initiatives, such as business model evolution. Develop and implement a robust "controlling" model to enhance the accuracy of business activity analysis. Contribute to the monitoring and progress tracking of the five-year strategic corporate program. Assist in the preparation of the monthly Flash analysis. Execute assigned projects, which typically involve design, engineering, and execution, under routine supervision. Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, manufacturing) and external suppliers as needed.
